The role of the Operations Manager is to lead the management of critical administrative services and systems to the three College campuses, ELC-12, that ensure safe, effective and coordinated operations and functions. The services and systems include, but are not limited to, compliance, risk, policies, WHS, insurance, and property systems.
A key part of the role is also to manage the maintenance and development aspects of buildings, equipment and facilities at the College.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the management of College security, including out-of-hours concerns as they arise.

Youth Worker (Concordia Campus)

The role of Youth Worker is part of the Ministry team within the College and is designed to complement the already existing wellbeing services provided within the school community. This position involves a high component of working with and relating to students in order to support their spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing.
While elements of this role involve participation and support in non-faith-based activities, it is expected that the Youth Worker will be a model of Christian faith and, where appropriate, foster the development and nurture of faith in students, including out-of-hours concerns as they arise.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is seeking passionate and enthusiastic sport coaches to provide high-quality coaching and contributing to the development of the school’s sporting program. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all activities align with the College’s values and vision while fostering player growth, team success, and enjoyment. Coaches report directly to the Sport Coordinator.
It is mandatory that all coaches hold a current WWCC, RRHAN-EC (Masterclass) prior to commencing a coaching role with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½.
