Operations Manager

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ in 2026.

Join our leading independent school as Operations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations.

This pivotal role supports the Head of College and Executive Leadership in managing facilities, administration, and support services ensuring that our College provides the highest standards of safety, service, and support, to create an environment where students and staff can thrive.

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in operational excellence and enjoys being part of a vibrant school community, problem-solving and making a tangible impact every day

The role of the Operations Manager is to lead the management of critical administrative services and systems to the three College campuses, ELC-12, that ensure safe, effective and coordinated operations and functions. The services and systems include, but are not limited to, compliance, risk, policies, WHS, insurance, and property systems.

A key part of the role is also to manage the maintenance and development aspects of buildings, equipment and facilities at the College.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the management of College security, including out-of-hours concerns as they arise.

The teacher’s priority is to ensure that learning and teaching encourages student engagement and is carried out within the context of the Mission, Vision and Values of Concordia, including the Christian foundations of the College.

A Primary teacher at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ teaches subjects from the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IBPYP).

A teacher’s function may also include being involved in the extra-curricular program of the College.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dance/Drama Teacher to join the St Peters Campus in 2026. The successful candidate will be employed in the College to work as a Specialist Subject Teacher, taking responsibility for the provision of the learning program. They will also ensure that learning and teaching encourages student engagement and is carried out within the context of the Mission, Vision and Values of the College.

Youth Worker (Concordia Campus)

Fixed term, part-time – 18.5 hours over 2.5 days per term week (39 weeks per year)
Commencing January 2026

The role of Youth Worker is part of the Ministry team within the College and is designed to complement the already existing wellbeing services provided within the school community. This position involves a high component of working with and relating to students in order to support their spiritual, social, and emotional wellbeing.

While elements of this role involve participation and support in non-faith-based activities, it is expected that the Youth Worker will be a model of Christian faith and, where appropriate, foster the development and nurture of faith in students, including out-of-hours concerns as they arise.

Assistant Director of OSHC (St John's Campus)

We are seeking an Assistant Director to join the Out of School Hours Care at our St John's Campus and support the Head of OSHC Services. 

The Assistant Director of OSHC is responsible to the Head of OSHC Services for the coordination and direction of activities in the OSHC and Vacation Care service. The Assistant Director ensures that quality care is provided to meet the individual and group needs of school age children in a respectful, supportive, equitable and inclusive manner.

Assistant Director of OSHC (St Peters Campus)

Fixed-Term, Part-Time position 
33 hours per week, with the ability to work between 7:15am and 6:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Director of OSHC to support the Head of OSHC Services at our St Peters Campus. This particular service is a smaller run service, with licencing capped at 40 students.

The Assistant Director is responsible to the Head of OSHC Services for the coordination and direction of activities in the OSHC and Vacation Care service at our St Peters Campus. The Assistant Director ensures that quality care is provided to meet the individual and group needs of school age children in a respectful, supportive, equitable and inclusive manner.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is actively seeking coaches for 2025 and 2026 across Netball, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Soccer, Tennis and Cricket.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ is seeking passionate and enthusiastic sport coaches to provide high-quality coaching and contributing to the development of the school’s sporting program. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all activities align with the College’s values and vision while fostering player growth, team success, and enjoyment. Coaches report directly to the Sport Coordinator.

It is mandatory that all coaches hold a current WWCC, RRHAN-EC (Masterclass) prior to commencing a coaching role with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
